Coaching goes beyond individual sessions—it’s a transformative journey. Along the way, I have had the privilege of connecting with incredible people, some of whom have shared their experiences and thoughts about my work and collaboration.
Konrad
Konrad Kowalski has been an integral member of my Project Management Team in NatWest Poland. Since 2018, I had the privilege of serving as his line manager, guiding him and supporting his personal development journey as he advanced toward the role of Senior Project Manager.

Anna
Anna and I collaborated at NatWest Poland, where I led numerous career development sessions for hundreds of colleagues that were focused on emerging technology and digital innovation. She stood out as one of the few colleagues who shared my enthusiasm for Blockchain Technology, Digital Assets, and Web3.0, with a strong drive for growth in these areas.

Paulina
Paulina and I work in the Change & Business Management division at NatWest Poland. I led the Project Management team, while Paulina was a Senior PMO in the same division. She has attended several of my training and coaching sessions. Recently, she participated in an innovative session I conducted on using Generative AI for recruitment, interview preparation, and LinkedIn optimization. Paulina has appreciated my training and workshops, and she’s shared with me that she finds my sessions more impactful than those offered by experienced trainers in the market. She appreciates my teaching style, my expertise, and how I simplify complex topics for others.

Katarzyna
Katarzyna and I have both worked at RBS/NatWest Poland. She has shown a strong interest in Project Management, and I’ve advised her on the skills, education, and experience needed to succeed in that field. Kasia has always appreciated my training sessions, workshops, and coaching.

Jarosław
I have been coaching Jaroslaw regularly for several years. We have never worked together but through network, he got to know about me and approached me for career coaching sessions to help him transition from a specialist role to a Team Leader position. I appreciate his strong commitment and focus on personal development, as well as his eagerness to learn. He is particularly interested in gaining insights that will not only support his own growth but also help him effectively develop his future team.

Edyta
Edyta and I worked together a few years ago at NatWest Poland on one of the organization’s largest projects at the time. The project aimed to transition the payroll process from a third-party provider to NatWest Poland. As the Project Manager, I collaborated closely with Edyta, whose expertise in payroll and HR was essential in helping us achieve the project’s goals.

Neil
I collaborated with Neil on several initiatives during 2017 and 2018. At that time, Neil was the Head of NatWest Poland, and I served as a Senior Project Manager within the Change Management Team. I was his go-to person for support and guidance in managing complex projects. Neil appreciated my expertise in Project Management, my distinctive approach to project execution, and my personalized way of engaging with stakeholders and clients.

Dominic
Dominic was one of the key sponsors for establishing a new team of experts at NatWest Poland. I served as the Senior Project Manager, responsible for leading the initiative to set up the entire team and onboard the process from UK to Poland. Additionally, I took also on the role of coaching and mentoring key team members to ensure that project goals are met. Dominic valued my Project Management expertise and frequently recognized my strong soft skills, which he greatly admired.
